BSc(Med) MBBS FRANZCOG MS (Gynae-Endoscopy) Robotic Surgeon

As a father of two, I appreciate pregnancy can be a very exciting journey, filled with hope and anticipation for the safe arrival of your baby. I also know the process of becoming pregnant is not the same for everyone. For some it requires little, if any, assistance and for others it requires a greater degree of medical intervention.

I am committed to providing the best possible medical advice, treatment and support to assist with your individual journey, while emphasising your involvement in the process.

I have a particular passion for both low and high-risk obstetrics. My experience extends to caring for women who have multiple pregnancies, advanced maternal age, underlying medical conditions, post IVF pregnancies and complex obstetric surgery.

In addition to obstetric care, I regularly perform complex reproductive surgery for infertility, endometriosis, fibroids and chronic pelvic pain, as well as advanced robotic and laparoscopic techniques for prolapse, incontinence and hysterectomies.

After completing my medical degree at The University of New South Wales (UNSW), and my subsequent specialisation FRANZCOG, I pursued fellowships in advanced gynae-endoscopic surgery in the United States, France and Sydney.

I also completed a fellowship program with an advanced endoscopic oncological cancer centre in India.

I have since completed a Master of Surgery (MS) with the University of Sydney for my work in gynae-endoscopic surgery.

I hold specialist appointments at Prince of Wales Private Hospital, St Vincent’s Private Hospital and the Mater Hospital in Sydney. I am also a Visiting Medical Officer at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and The Royal Hospital for Women.

I am a surgical supervisor for specialists in training and regularly facilitate workshops at some of Sydney’s major teaching hospitals.

My staff provide a caring and compassionate environment for you to discuss your medical requirements with total confidentiality.

I am also fluent in Indonesian and Mandarin for those patients who have English as a second language.
